Teen Business Academy
Students enrolled in year one. Twice the original enrollment expectation.
Chris gave the program to an employee when the state changed its rules.
Performance-based enrollment growth for charter schools
A complete enrollment growth system for charter schools, with our compensation tied to enrollment growth.
Your school funds the advertising. We fund and manage the system.
And even when they find you, interest doesn’t automatically become enrollment.
Great schools can still struggle to reach interested families.
They browse your site and disappear. Without their details, you can’t follow up.
Families need several ways to raise their hand, plus timely follow-up.
Here’s what this can look like in practice. Your actual numbers may be different.
$13,000
Annual revenue per student
$3,000
Annual cost to serve
$10,000
Annual contribution
$30,000
Estimated contribution if that student stays enrolled for 3 years.
Enrollment growth matters beyond this year. We’ll look at your school’s own numbers.
How it works
We find where families drop off, and fix that step first.
| Step | What we build | What we measure |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising | Ads that reach best-fit parents | Which ads bring families to the website |
| Website | Messaging and lead forms for best-fit parents | Time on site, pages viewed, leads captured |
| Automated email | Email sequences for every captured lead | Which emails get opened and answered |
| Zoom call | An easy, low-pressure first conversation | How many leads book and show up |
| School tour | Follow-up that moves families to visit | How many calls become visits |
| Apply and enroll | Follow-up through application | How many visits become students |
At Teen Business Academy, most families followed this path: website visit, lead capture, Zoom call, then a face-to-face visit.
Why Zoom first? Lower barrier. More convenient. Less pressure than meeting face to face.
We do the heavy lifting to attract and engage families. Your admissions team stays in control of enrollment.

Why work with us?
100+
marketing campaigns my team and I have executed
All of my kids went to charter schools. I believe in what they do for families.
I built Glazier Clinics, which trained more than 60,000 coaches a year. I recently sold it.
I own several marketing businesses, with leaders in place.
I launched Teen Business Academy. 66 students in year one. Program was given to an employee when the state changed its rules.
Now I’m putting my time into charter schools, because I believe in them.

How we measure success
Before we begin, we agree on the enrollment your school would reasonably expect without us. Our fee applies only to students above that agreed baseline.
500
Expected enrollment (baseline)
540
Actual enrollment
+40
Above baseline
We earn our performance fee on the 40 additional students, not the full 540.
Illustrative example of how performance is measured, not a projection.
Pricing
We invest in the system
We fund the team, strategy, website work, content, campaigns, follow-up systems, and management.
You fund advertising, in advance
About $24,000 over 8 months, at actual cost. 50% paid in advance. 50% paid at month 4. Non-refundable, and not tied to enrollment results.
$6,000 Per student, paid over two annual funding cycles.
Our performance fee applies only to students above the baseline.
If we don’t exceed the baseline, we don’t earn a fee.
Example: 40 students above baseline on the October 1, 2027 count day. Years are school years: 2027–28, 2028–29, 2029–30.
| Line item | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Students above baseline, 80% retention | 40 | 32 | 26 | |
| Contribution, $10,000 per student | $400,000 | $320,000 | $260,000 | $980,000 |
| Performance fee, 40 × $6,000 | ($160,000) | ($80,000) | — | ($240,000) |
| Advertising, 8 months before count day | ($24,000) | — | — | ($24,000) |
| Net cash to school | $216,000 | $240,000 | $260,000 | $716,000 |
| Cumulative | $216,000 | $456,000 | $716,000 |
Year 1 contribution covers the full fee and the advertising.
The fee is paid $4,000 per student on November 1, 2027 and $2,000 per student on August 1, 2028. Timing is negotiable. Advertising is spent in the months before count day and shown in Year 1. Illustrative only. Assumes 80% year-over-year retention, rounded to whole students. We are not guaranteeing retention.
